Light Assembly – Accessory Parts

Assembly of simple to complex components to create finished goods. Ability to calibrate, and fit parts and mechanisms together to meet tolerances and product specifications. Be able to identify completed items that fail tests or tolerance levels and repair as necessary. Follow and understand Bill of Materials and Work Instructions as necessary.

Responsibilities

• Carry out routine activities that produces the required quantity of parts within the established specifications

• Maintain logs and records of units produced

• Visually inspect all materials prior to entering warehouse

• Monitor production quality and advise supervisor/lead of any deficiencies

• Detail and package components/assemblies based on required work order quantity

Qualifications

• High attention to detail

• Demonstrate good communication skills, problem-solving skills, and sound judgment

• Ability to work overtime as needed

• Ability to visually inspect parts to ensure proper quality requirements are met
