Digital Marketing Specialist

Responsibilities

• Assist and execute social media content and strategies to engage and grow customer outreach and social media revenue.
• Form key relationships with influencers and brand ambassadors across all social media platforms.
• Develop the content vision and strategic content initiatives for organic social media efforts.
• Build a high-energy, engaged community online, monitoring platform conversations, driving discussion and participating in community conversations, as appropriate.
• Set up key performance indicators (KPIs) for content efforts and measure performance against the KPIs.
• Drive customer acquisition using lead generation strategies and deliver tangible leads through social platforms.
• Email product marketing via web-based platform for consumers and dealers.
• Keep pace with social media industry trends and stay informed on best practices.
• Assist with other marketing team duties including: updating reports, creative writing, and other marketing team needs.

Qualifications

• 3+ years’ experience in the field of public relations, communications, and/or marketing.
• Strong planning skills and proven experience in coordinating ideas and resources to achieve goals.
• Knowledge of Social Media Platforms include but are not limited to: Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, TikTok.
• Strong Project Management Skills.
• Proactive, creative thinker that contributes original and resourceful ideas to workplace and marketing challenges.
• Able to work in a high pace group environment with strong interpersonal skills.
• BS/BA Degree – Marketing, English, Business a plus
