Billet Specialties is an industry leader in the Automotive Aftermarket.  We are an innovative design and manufacturing company of automotive forged aluminum wheels and accessories with a strong focus on quality.  



Qualified candidate will ship domestic and international packages, contact carriers to make arrangements for deliveries, process orders, prepare invoices, perform daily data entry responsibilities and follow up on discrepancies related to freight costs and shipping activities. Coordinates with Sales Department on shipments and performs other duties as assigned.  Must be reliable, punctual, and have working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications.  This candidate must work well with others and independently as well. 


·         Data Entry and Order Processing

·         Process Credit Card transactions dealer and retail orders

·         Quote and assign freight charges

·         Process & invoice shipments

·         File freight claims on lost or damaged freight

·         Follow-up on orders and receipts

·         Work closely with Sales department to assure customer satisfaction

·         Coordinate International shipping and complete all export documents required

·         General Filing

·         Answer phones

·         Assist accounting with account resolution.


·         Fed Ex Computer Software Proficiency a plus

·         MS Office Suite – Word, Excel and Outlook

·         Problem solving and Issue Resolution

·         Numerical Reasoning and Ability

·         Professional verbal and written communication skills

Hours are 8:00 am to 5:00 pm Monday through Friday at our La Grange facility.
